Meet the founder
Motion Travel Group was founded by Luke Bryan with a long-term vision: to build more than a travel business, to create a platform rooted in standards, ownership, and momentum.
Having worked closely with clients across leisure travel, premium experiences, and hospitality, Luke saw the gap between how things could be delivered and how they often were. Motion was created to close that gap, quietly, properly, and with intent.
From day one, the aim has been bigger than bookings. Motion is being built to grow into a wider ecosystem, one that creates opportunity, supports independent business owners, and expands into aligned lifestyle and experience-led ventures over time.
Travel is the starting point. The vision is broader.
And the direction is long-term.
